Environmental Considerations
Our Fleet of concrete pumps are kept up to date and maintained so they are working at their most efficient.
EOC – this control’s the machine rev’s allowing the machine to be more economical and reduces noise pollution
We supply Eco trays which are watertight to ensure there is no accidental spillage of concrete washout into the environment.
The Eco Trays have tapered sides which makes it easier to contain the concrete and remove any leftover concrete which can then be recycled by the site.

Safety considerations
Safety is paramount to all construction. Our aim is to ensure that our concrete pump operators have the equipment and training to carry out their job safely. To help our CPO’s do their job safely the following safety considerations are adhered to:
- Following of the HSA guidance on safety in Concrete Pumping
- Minimum training requirements are
- Safe Pass
- Manual Handling
- In house certificate for the Maintenance and Operation of Concrete Pumps
- Appropriate Drivers Licence
- OSS – also known as Off Side Safety System which enables the pump operator to set up the machine in very restricted areas where space is at a premium
- Daily and weekly checks forms to be completed by CPO’s on concrete pumps
- All concrete pumps have Boom Certs to ensure safety of the Hydraulic Arm of the concrete pump, including visual checks prior to pumping concrete
- Provision of PPE as required to suit the site they are working ensuring compliance with HAS guidelines
Employment Opportunities

The basic requirements are:
- Rigid Drivers Licence
- Safe Pass certificate, and
- Manual Handling Certificate.
- Experience in the construction industry is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given
